*We'll Take It*

Ok, I'm back from a weekend of wild sex, lost of cheap but yummy korean food, and apartment searching....but most important I was able to be with my hubby! As I drove into LA friday afternoon, I decide to take the 405 *BIT MISTAKE* I was sitting in traffic for 2 hours...2 HOURS!!!! Did mad loads of people decidee to move to the LA area withing the last 10 yrs? I don't remember traffic being that bad when I lived in LA (again that was 10 yrs ago...but still). What happend to all those census reports stating that so many people were moving out of the LA area? Anyhow as I finally made it out of traffic I pulled in to my hubby's shop and was greeted by the lovely *boys in da hood* Why is it that they stand around and *holla* at everything with 2 legs and a hole? Anyhow, they're harmless.....My hubby came over, gave me a kiss and walked me to the office. After he closed we checked into a hotel in Gardena, showered up, and had our *lil dessert* before we headed out for dinner.

Saturday, we got up early went out for some breaksfast and headed to the shop. I did his laundry at the coin op around the corner, and tidied up the shop a bit...why are men so messy? That night we went out with some of his friends (I'm sure my stomach and I were REALLY fun to hang out with), and headed back to the hotel.....ya'll know what happens next so i'll spare the details.

Sunday we started the aprtment search early....we started with the Korean community first, just to see what was out there. We called up a bunch of people from the classifieds in the Korean Times...looked at a few apartments, and also looked at some houses that were for rent. Twards mid day I was beat and nothing was really eye catching. We saw a house in Gardena in the price range we were looking for, with a yard and laundry hookups...but I wasn't too keen on the area. We then headed out to Torrance (actually borderline Torrance/Gardena)....and saw this newly remodeled 2 bedroom house. It was soooo cute. Well maintained backyard, new carpet, new cabinets and granite top counters.....and in a good neighborhood! We decided to leave a deposit and write up the contract. We didn't give her an exact date, but we told her we'd be moving in within 30 days. I'm excited but also a little hesitant....did we make a decision to early? I'm hoping this will work out....we're not going to be living there forever, right?

*In Search We Go*

So the plans are for me to drive down to LA again for the weekend......The drive is not that bad...it's only 2 1/2 to 3 hours...but with my frequesnt peeing, and the need to stretch out...it can kinda become a drag! We're going apartment searching.....I used to love looking at places, but not anymore.....I thought that after buying our house out in Fresno....we would never move again uff!

I'm just praying that the rain subsides because I have a phobia when it comes to driving in the rain! I totally get freaked out! At least Imma get me a lil summin summin.....you know it is getting a bit uncomfy now a days with the belly and all.....but a girls gotta do what she's gotta do, right?

*Weekend*

Well, I was in LA for the weekend. Helped clean my hubby's shop. Even though our shop is in South Central...it's not as *ghetto* as I thought. People are really nice, and the brothas got the bling! I got hit on again by a customer......I swear the brothas just love to *holla* at anything and anyone....don't they see Im pregers or do I just look fat? Anyhow.....

I ate to my hearts content! We had Dduk Bo Sam for 2 days in a row....I think I've had enough of it though. Larry, we totally thought of you...you'd love it!!! Anyhow, I'll be heading out there again this week to start the apartment search...what a drag, I hate moving. This time around I won't be lifting a finger since the baby...heheheh

Not much to blog about, just a little recap of my weekend.

*Weekend*

Nothing too exciting this weekend. The hubby came home late saturday night, we talked and pigged out on food he brought home from LA...and went to bed. Sunday was church and then we went to Marie Calenders for brunch with our friend Drew. Later that night Drew came over for dinner..and we wathed Old Boy.

I don't know how many of you have seen the movie, but I think I may be a little traumatized. It was good and twisted, but damn talk about *issues* I totally recommend it. We watched it in the original Korean version...and I still can't get it out of my head.

So the real estate agent who was supposed to come by yesterday stood me up....and for those who know me you know I raised hell! Not even a phone call, stupid bastard! I'm on a mission now to get his ass fired! just kidding, just a little upset! SO I'm on the search again for another agent to work with...this shit bites!

On top of that, the hubby left this morning! Blah......Another 5 days of entertaining myself! I'm welcomming all emails and phone calls to keep me company and keep me from loosing it!!!! Hope everyone's weekend was a nice one!

*Ok I feel Better now*

My little one must have heard everything cause it's kicking around and moving around like crazy........all that movement makes everything I'm going through so worth it! I feel better now =)

*The Saga OF Pregnancy Continues*

Ok....the misery of pregnancy is beginning to set it! I'm all emotional, can't control the expansion of my tummy with the *oh-so beautiful* stretch marks it leaves in it's path, feeling the the weight of the baby in my pelvic area, not being able to sleep....and the best of em all? My nipples have started to leave droplets of colostrum. I freaked out of course calling Julie and telling her what was going on with the boobs.....and like always she saved the day, telling me that it was normal.

So, I think I have it all figured out. All those mothers out there who talk about how *they LOVE to be pregnant*? BULL SHIT! I don't want to sound ungreatful or a bad mother to be....but now that I'm in my 6th month I'm just miserable. I can't move around like I used to, I feel sooooooooo much more fatter! I can't sleep, and what the hell is up with the damn heat? I'm always so hot, and no not in a sexual way (shockingly). Another thing is, with the hubby out of town durring the weekdays, I can't even get some ass when I want it!!!! I love this baby and I'm so thankful I'm pregers (despite all the bumps along the way)...I just want to start working on my figure again, and I want to feel normal!

Does all this frustration mean that I am a bad mother to be, or will I end up being a bad mother once my little one gets here? I hope not.....because I know that once the baby comes home that's going to be another hurdle. I guess I'm just letting these pregnancy hormones get the best of me.

*Here We Go*

Ok....to be honest, I've been kinda lagging on starting this whole move thing. I just barely called the property management office and made an appt for someone to come out and look at the house. We need to get a tenant in here, before we actually start looking for a place in LA. I don't want to have to have double house payments.....and I really don't think we can afford to pay our mortgage AND pay rent out in LA.

With the baby comming in abut 3 months.....we NEED to get our asses going. I just can't believe we're moving to LA. I left LA about 10 yrs ago never to return again....but I guess you never know what the future holds. At least I'll be even furthur away fom my in laws.....and closer to my mom!!!! I'm so bad, huh?

Baby namming is comming along....(thank you LE for the help!) So far we've come up with Mathew, which means God's gift.......and Brandin or Brandon (pronounced the same) which means high spirited. Now thats if we have a boy. If it's a girl, Im leaning twards Erin or Aerin (pronounced the same) which means bringer of peace or Carys which means Grace, however we haven't really come to an agreement on the girl names....my hubby's convinced we're having a boy.

The reason for both boy names and girl names is because the ultrasound tech wasn't sure if what we saw was the penis or the umbilical cord.....like I've said from the beginning all i want is a healthy baby, but if god allows me a preferance.....i would love to have a lil girl!!!!!

*Reality Check*

Wow....what a week I had. My Mom came and took care of me for week, then as she left my hubby came home and is staying for the whole week. He'll be heading back to LA this weekend. I had a really special week.......

I also receieved some special packages!~!~!~!~ First I just have to say thank you to all those who care so much about me and the baby. My friend from mission viejo knit a blanket for the baby.....Julie sent me tons of maternity clothes so I can start preparing for this new MILF position...heheheh.......and LE sent me my first baby clothes. She first sent me a book for baby names, then a few days later I was surprised with another book and a 9 piece set of baby clothes...in yellow of course! As I set there all teary eyed looking at the baby clothes it hit me that I was indeed going to have a baby in a couple of months....how freaky!~!~!~!

I just wanted to let you guys know that I am so greatful and so blessed to have people like you care about me and my little one! Thank you, and I don't know how to repay you for your thoughtfulness! Those gifts mean so much to me and touch me so deeply!!!!!!! Thanks you again. Love you Jules and LE!~!~~!

*We're Having A.......*

Ok, so since everyone was nice enough to guess what the gender of the baby is, I guess it's my part to tell ya'll. We're having a boy! Now before I start comming accross as an ungreatful mother to be, I just have to say, that it's not 100% There's a chance that the penis we think we saw could actually be the umbilical cord...and that is sooooooo what i am praying for. I have to have a girl! Granted I am wanting nothing but a healthy baby! But if im allowed a preference......I was wanting a girl!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't even bothered looking at boy names or even imagine what it would be like to raise a son. All my plans were for a little girl. And I feel like I'm carrying a girl........I've got some major praying to do! It's not too late, God works miracles so I believe God can change the sex of the baby in the next few months!

Back to reality: I will be greatful for what ever the baby is...boy or girl! Having this child grow inside of me, and seeing it yawn on the ultrasound, and even better yet.....to feel the baby moving.......there isn't anything like it.......It's amazing! My little one is going to be joining us soon! I can't wait!!!!! Now the next step is to look at some boy names...although there is still a chance that the baby could be a girl!!!!!!

*I Hate Good-Byes*

I just dropped off by mom at the airport....and I hate feeling so sad! I had a great week with mommy. She took me shopping for some really cute maternity clothes (which was much needed with this growing tummy of mine).......fed me lots of yummy food, helped me out by cleaning the house (not that it was dirty, but you know moms), and most important she was with me for all my doctor visits.

It just feels so good to be with mom again...it's a different kind of nurturing and different kind of love! I'm sad she's gone.....she won't be back again till the baby's born! Now that I'm getting ready to have a child of my own, it's made me realize how much my mother has aged, and how much she went through raising me. Kinda breaks my heart to see her getting older.......ok, I'm getting teary-eyed so I'll stop here.
