*Never In My Life*
I have never been so tired....Never in my life as tired as I am today. Wth? After lunch at Micadee's with a couple of the girls from work, I wished I could go to bed! I can't seem to keep my eyes open and I'm trying to finish up all these damned reports....urgh!
So, I'm out of here in an hour...regardless if the work is done or not, and I am not one to leave without finishing things (that's kinda my pet peve), but I'll just come in earlier tomorrow morning.
Also, I am officially in maternity clothes. I wish I could take a picture and post it, but I have no energy to do that right now. My tummy is getting B I G, but not big enough to see if the baby's a boy or a girl ( crossing fingers for a little girl). Although, I'm excited that the doctor's giving me the thumbs up when it comes to me and the lil one's health. *SHE* has a really strong heart beat, and *she* likes it when I sing...i get butterflies (if that even makes sense). I still have yet to hear *her* heart beat on the heart beat monitor I bought from target.....guess I need a book for dummies on that one.
So just for fun, anyone have any old folks tales about finding out the baby's gender? I don't really go by them, but it's fun to hear and *wonder*.......

i don't know any old wives' tales.
just glad to hear that you and the baby are doing well. the fatigues is normal, isn't it? just don't work too hard.
your energy should pick up in the middle of the second trimester, and then plummet again during the third...
take your ring and tie it to the end of a strand of your hair. Hang it over your belly and let it move by itself. If it goes in a circle.. girl... back and forth... boy... ummm.. I'll let you know when I can remember the rest
glad your health is good :)
i don't know any old wives tales. sorry.
anyway, i hope it's a girl!!! (name her julia grace! hehee)
and yeah. i heard that the first trimester's the worst!
LE: that's ok, and thank you for all your support!
Jules: I did the ring thing, and I think it went in a circle, and ppl at work say that i look all tore up so i must be carrying a girl.....wth is that supposed to mean? Shoot, and here I thought I was getting all fancied up....
Grace: that's ok, and yay.....we want a girl, i don;t know about the name yet, but we'll see.
in the old days, do you know how they tested pregnancies? They would inject your urine into a rabbit. If it died, you were preggo! Just a trivial tidbit. Boys supposedly give you more energy than girls during pregnancy (hence the "tore up" comment)... ummm... boys are carried in the back (meaning you get a REALLY fat ass and girls give you a HUGE tummy)... what else.... oh, an opposite sex child will like you more than same sex kids (like if you were preggo with a girl, Kaleb will cling to you better than a girl toddler would)
OMG! don't inject your urine into a bunny!
hehehe.
Lisa: I heard that too, but I thought it was the other way around....I don't know, I've heard so many that im confused now...heheheh
Jules: hey i think i already have a fat ass....so what would that mean? j/k
I dont think Grace is gonna like the idea of the bunnies!
Grace: I so knew you would have a respnse to what julie said!!!!
